Occasionally the Xbox will recognize it as only a chat headset, and if you go to the audio settings on the guide, it'll show you the option for changing chat volume or something but not for altering the game audio. I know this is an old thread but I just bought one. Using Discord myself I check "Voice Activity" and adjust my mic sensitivity accordingly, I also have all the Opus settings enabled.
